Plain-language policies for IMPASTO, a small shop selling hand-painted impasto wallpapers as digital downloads.
Privacy
We collect only what it takes to deliver your wallpapers and run the shop:
Your email address — used to send your download link and to let you re-download later. If you tick the opt-in box (or claim the free sample pack), we may also email you about new sets; every such email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout step.
Site analytics are self-hosted and privacy-light: page views, clicks and which sets people look at, tied to an anonymous session — no advertising trackers, no sale of data.
We don’t sell or rent your information. To have your email removed from our list or our records, use the contact form and we’ll take care of it.
Terms of use & license
Every wallpaper is licensed for personal use on your own devices — as many of your own screens as you like.
Please don’t redistribute, resell, share the files or download links, or use the artwork in products, prints or commercial work. Ask us about licensing if you have something in mind.
Previews shown on the site are watermarked, cropped and downscaled; the full-resolution files are delivered after purchase.
Your download link is private and permanent. Keep the confirmation email; you can re-download anytime, on any device, and can request the links again from the contact form.
All artwork and the IMPASTO name remain the property of IMPASTO.
Refunds
Wallpapers are digital files delivered instantly, so orders can’t be “returned” the way physical goods can. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought:
If a download is missing, damaged, or not what the set page described, contact us and we’ll fix it — a fresh link, the correct files, or a refund if we can’t make it right.
If you were charged twice or bought the same set twice by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate.
Refund requests are handled within a few days of your message. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
