Tala wrote on 11 Aug saying she never got a download link. Her links had existed since three minutes after she paid. Nobody replied, so four days later she wrote again asking for a refund — a delivery question became a refund request purely through silence.
With this on, a message like that is answered in seconds with their real links. It never fires if the message mentions a refund, money, a chargeback or cancelling; if we have no order for that address; or if that person already got an automatic reply in the last 24 hours. Licensing (commercial resale)
Sells perpetual, non-exclusive, one-country resale licenses at /license. The prices below are charged live through Stripe at checkout — there are no Payment Links to create; change a number, hit Save, and the public page updates immediately. The agreement lives at /license-terms (a static page — edit the file to change the wording). Licenses are recorded separately from retail orders, so they never distort order counts or AOV.

(To send yourself or anyone a free copy, sign in with your owner Google account on the storefront and buy — it's free for you, and you can tick "send as a gift.")

Homepage showcase (scrolling covers)
The big scroll-animated opening at the very top of your site. Add up to 6 covers. For each: Upload cover for your own high-quality photo, or Choose painting ▾ then tap a thumbnail to use one from your library. Drag Reposition to set which part shows. Use ↑ up / ↓ down to reorder and Remove to delete. Your headline sits over every cover, so none can be cleanly screenshotted. Pick the animation with Reveal style above — all four are pure-scroll (no clicking) and built for mobile. Everything saves live — no redeploy.
If a sign never seems to stay put: each sign now fades up early on its cover, holds solid for the rest of it, keeps standing while the next painting sweeps over it, then hands over in one quick move — it gets painted over rather than dissolving the whole way. How long each sign stays up sets the length of that single crossfade; When the sign hands over sets the moment it happens. On the old timing a sign was only fully solid for about a quarter of a cover; on Long it is solid for about 90%. Scrolling speed is unchanged.
Impasto artwork is textured all over, so text laid straight on a cover only reads well when that painting happens to be dark. On a frosted card gives the words their own surface, so every cover stays readable whichever painting you choose. The card also shows a small gold label above the headline — set it per cover below.
This floating button sits on the showcase and jumps straight to your free set. It only shows if you have a free (\$0) set.

The opening always fills the screen (no side gaps). Use zoom to push in further, and the ↕/↔ crop sliders under each cover to choose which part of the painting stays in frame.
Mobile Wallpapers store
A separate section on your site for phone wallpapers, with its own tab in the top menu (between Shop and Contact, and it shows on phones too). Turn it on to show a customizable “Coming soon” panel now; add mobile sets whenever you’re ready. Everything here saves live — no redeploy.

Each set: a name, price, one or more tall (9:16) photos, and a checkout link (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe — the site auto-detects which). When your sets are live, turn the coming-soon panel off (above) to hide it.
Email subscribers
Everyone who enters their email on your site — the Mobile sign-up box, the “keep me posted” checkbox on the Contact form, or a free sample-pack download — lands here, saved securely in your database, and auto-syncs to MailerLite. You can also add an email by hand below. Copy emails or Download CSV to export them anywhere.

This is the sign-up box on your site’s Mobile section. Anyone who enters their email lands in the list above and auto-syncs to MailerLite. Same box works before launch (“get early access”) and after (“exclusive drops & updates”) — just edit the wording.

This is the picture that shows when someone shares your link in Messages, WhatsApp, X, Facebook, etc. Pick a background and the IMPASTO title is added on top. Hit Save preview image and it goes live — no redeploy.
